Determine as soon as possible (within 5 business days of receipt) that you are not satisfied with your order.
Have your order number handy before proceeding to Step 2. Your order number can be found on your eCatalog order confirmation email or on the Packing List.
Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from an ORR Safety Customer Service Representative via eMail to email@example.com or phone 800.669.1677
Ship the goods back to ORR Safety per the instructions provided by our Customer Service Representative.
All returns must be authorized by an ORR Safety Customer Service Representative who will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The Return Material Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the package being returned to ORR Safety. Custom items and non-stock items may not be eligible for return.
Any claims for non-conforming delivery or shortages must be made to ORR Safety within five (5) business days after receipt of goods. Goods returned for reasons other than a fault of ORR Safety are subject to a 15% restocking fee or, if applicable, the manufacturer's restocking fee for non-stock items.
