The Return Process

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by an ORR Safety Customer Service Representative who will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The Return Material Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the package being returned to ORR Safety. Custom items and non-stock items may not be eligible for return.

Any claims for non-conforming delivery or shortages should be made to ORR Safety within five (5) business days after receipt of goods. Goods returned for reasons other than a fault of ORR Safety are subject to a 15% restocking fee or, if applicable, the manufacturer's restocking fee for non-stock items.
